Willwaukee Twitch Brand Design
Developed a complete Twitch Affiliate brand design that can translate to print and other digital mediums, centered around his hometown of Milwaukee, WI. Milwaukee and videogame themes were cheekily carried through the branding, especially in the custom Twitch emotes: a beer cheers, a cheese heart, and videogame sayings (GG/Hax). A character was also designed: McCurdy, an anthropomorphic cheese curd! McCurdy was helpful in designing emotes that show emotion: hype, cry, laugh, or saying hi! Digital aspects of the brand include videos and animations. Videos were created from various aspects of Willwaukee’s stream, as well as convention coverage at various nerdy conventions, including GenCon! The videos can be found on his Youtube Channel, starting with the video “Streamer puts his face on the line.” Animation came into play with an animated emote and some animated stream scene transitions; there will be some animated emotes in the works in the future! Print pieces currently include business cards and t-shirts designs. They have been a fun way to get the word out about the stream.

EVERSANA’s Employment Promotion
Promote jobs in EVERSANA’s warehouse arm via digital and print media. EVERSANA wanted to advertise job openings via billboards and geodome targeted ads in both English and Spanish. Knowing that drivers only have a couple of seconds to read a billboard, the design was kept very simple with a large image and bright colors to capture attention — a simple URL was also selected so that interested workers did not have to spell EVERSANA. Drivers who drive past the billboards will also be served geo-targeted digital ads on their phone as a second touchpoint, so a cohesive design was chosen so that there was recognition between the two. Both the billboard URL and the digital ad CTA lead to a newly-created landing page, which showcased all of the open warehouse jobs. More information was added (in both English and Spanish) to these landing pages, however, the design was also kept very cohesive to drive brand recognition to people who are unfamiliar with EVERSANA.

EVERSANA’s LinkedIn Carousels
A couple of carousel campaigns using multiple images to convey certain messaging to users on LinkedIn about EVERSANA’s capabilities. Using EVERSANA branding and messaging, these campaigns differ from regular social media images by having several frames convey the messaging. These ads are able to have more information on them but also require a unified design. To try to help the user go from one slide to the next two tactics were used: a unified background and, in most cases, an arrow to create movement from the first slide to the last.

Dual Branding
Creation of two new brands that work both together and separately for a writing and editing professional. The color palettes of both brands were made first in order to establish a similar yet different look and feel. Teal, yellow, and burgundy were chosen to be used across both brands, and all of the colors were named with a drink theme, such as Cosmo Pink or Earl Grey. The logos were then created concurrently in order to maintain a similar yet different look and feel. Both logos were to include a drink (a brandy old fashioned and a latte), and use the same fonts. A mini brand book was later designed to help the client’s web designer create websites with the new brands.

KimIsGreat + KimmunityCon Branding
KimIsGreat is a Twitch Streamer who needed to establish a complete brand in order to promote her streams and keep her social media presences cohesive. She also hosted KimmunityCon 2021, a big 14-hour stream to celebrate gaining over 1,000 followers, which had a special logo to commemorate it. Starting with a color palette derived from nail polish shades and a particular car color, the KimIsGreat logo was happily developed with the spirit of fun and not taking oneself too seriously. The cat and heart motifs carry on through the branding, showing up in backgrounds and overlays, with the cats (Anubis and Osiris) who inspired the logo showing up as the “Be Right With You” and “Be Right Back” screens. Her Twitch emotes were also heavily influenced by cats and favorite beverages, all the while making heavy use of the color palette. The logo for KimmunityCon 2021 was created using the original KimIsGreat logo while adding the extra information to it. This logo will lend itself to subsequent KimmunityCons in the future while maintaining the integrity of the original logo. The emotes and color palette also remained the same, though KimmunityCon used the burgundy as the main color instead of teal. […]
